I have mixed feelings about seeing this tower over the leafier parts of nice Brookline side streets, but I also love that since you can see it from so many nearby areas it perfectly marks what direction Kenmore is. Great wayfinding icon.
 
A roof pool? What they don't ever show is how f-ing windy it will be up there. I lived in a 40 story building in NYC and it had a roof deck (and a real grass lawn!). Even with 8ft glass walls on all sides, it was still windy AF on many days and almost every night.
