So if Donald Trump wanted to donate $50 million (fat chance, I know) to create a new business school somewhere, said institution should refuse the donation because some of Trumps companies have previously filed for bankruptcy? Last I checked, filing for Bankruptcy protection was perfectly legal and is a tool utilized by countless businesses at one point or another in their history. I don't view anyone's donation any differently simply because they once had a business that needed to reorganize under the protections of the laws of the United States.
