This might not count as infill, but new renderings released for 105 West First Street in Southie (RCN building). https://www.google.com/maps/place/105+W+First+Street+Boston+MA/@42.3426157,-71.0532484,3a,75y,17.51h,90t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sDsVHheo-5RzWQ1Mwh7mXBg!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0xa09841bd15bdf7a3!6m1!1e1

Southie pol eyes zoning changes
Aims to stop multi-condo plans

Sounds like a totally misguided proposal that clashes with the city's own plans for South Boston outlined in the Boston 2030 Master Plan. If the market calls for more home ownership opportunities in South Boston, let them get built. Councilor Flaherty should instead focus on transit & civic infrastructure improvements to accommodate the current wave of development for the neighborhood.

The article says the new plan would limit single (and two) family plots to be redeveloped with maximum of three units. So the M street proposal would have to be reduced from 5 units to 3. This would only effect mostly the east side I'm guessing where there are more single family residences.

Also, anyone know what is going to replace the (former) Shell Gas Station at 302 West Broadway (@D Street)?

This last one at D and West Broadway actually looks really good as a corner building in the context of the neighborhood.

Across the street where the Shell Gas was - is it going to be a standalone TD Bank branch, or a branch within a building like this?

I'm shocked this got approved. What a waste of space. Only a matter of time until someone buys the land and knocks over the new branch for some mixed-use.
