BeeLine, thanks as always for the photo tour. Wonder what year the earliest Google Streetview is of some of these streets. The before and after transformation of much of this neighborhood is truly remarkable, and ongoing.

Due to zoning changes as a result of the PLAN Dot Ave., 248 Dorchester Ave is now slated to become a 159 room boutique hotel.
