Funny how they're putting all that glass up when the upper part of the core isn't even in place.
 
There also not cladding that SE wedge portion (to the right of the construction elevator) for some reason. With back-to-back weeks with storms featuring SE'rly winds, I wonder how those panel have been stressed with extreme wind/ pressure hitting them from the interior facing side...

Who profited from the air rights/ ground lease (“the deal” with South Stations owners) and is the money long gone?

From a distance, with some elevation, and through binoculars, I could see vertical rebar framing going into casting molds. Guessing it’s the first level of the extended elevator shaft but it could be other structural elements. In any case it’s a sign of progress and activity. Curtain wall is going up quickly as well.
