The majority of the tower will have those vertical strips. I'm not sold on that cladding yet compared to the rest of it, but it's obviously just starting on the wide side so I'll give it a few floors and reassess.

Agreed. It will provide some definition to the tower's façade. It will be very interesting to evaluate as the cladding continues to progress.

Something interesting here that I didn't pick up from the renders. It looks like the vertical elements are highlighted above the swoop while the horizontals are highlighted below it.

You can see just the slightest hint of core from Savin Hill. Not really going to have an impact from this angle, but expect a cameo from the fins.

That's actually a really spiffy view: showcasing a mostly complete perspective of our high rises, if not the diversity of some of our low rise architecture.

In years past, the JHT and Pru have been the iconic towers in Boston that most tourist recognize. I have a feeling that this tower will be added to the list.

I think the swoosh/swoop adds enough vertical element that it will look good even from the fat side. I like what I see so far.
