I see the retail in the front. I guess what bothers me, but there's no solution for it given that the first floor of this building is essentially a covered parking garage, is that all of those roads from Harrison to Albany are long stretches of nothing. It would have been nice if there were individual residence entrances on the first floor or something that brought a little more life to the street.
I spent a lot of time over there when I lived and worked in the area, I just wish those streets could be made to feel less like alleys and more like a part of the neighborhood.
edit: I just noticed that parking is underground and not on the first floor.
