A studio at the Harlo would be perfect for a young Longwood area employee who basically spends 18 hours at day at work and just comes home to sleep, shower and change. Those folks have little time for entertaining (which can be difficult in most studios) and the close location to the LMA is huge.

Retail is now 100% leased with the signing on on CAVA, a Mediterranean fast casual restaurant. Will occupy the last 2400 Sq ft.

Funny how Bozzuto, their management company, leaked that in their apartment marketing materials months before it was officially announced by CAVA and Skanka. Oops.

I detest the materials pallette on the higher levels but the ground level is turning out nicely.

Too bad we cant get more targeted eminent domain - this street went from parking lots to big buildings and in another country there could at least have been consideration about taking a strip of property to expand the Boylston St ROW and allow for a cycle track on either side of the street...

Or just use a car lane for that instead. The road is plenty wide to fit a cycle track.

I really do dislike the McDonald's-inspired color scheme, but the street level feels good when walking by.

The blank party wall on the Fenway Health building next to the Harlo is getting a mural.
