I do recall we heard something about CAVA coming to town (maybe New Retail thread?). Very exciting! Really, Tatte and CAVA send a pretty solid message about the management company running the retail in this building.

When I looked up to see if they had an Instagram page, it was mostly dog instagram accounts... harlowthewheatie, harow.the.black.lab, etc.

And tried to strip out building pics/renderings that I don't think have been posted here before from their website:

In the 2nd photo above of the lobby they took their H logo and turned it into the pattern on the wall, clever bit of branding.

Probably about the same as the other new stuff along that stretch: studios in the mid-$2ks, one-bedrooms from around $3k, etc...

Can't wait for the retail construction to be finished. Once all the barriers are down here (and at Pierce) this section of Boylston is going to feel super urban. Especially compared to a few years ago when it had multiple parking lots and an auto repair shop.

I'd like to see some archetecture like this in the seaport, to break up the corporate glass boxes a little bit.
