The St Regis Residences (former Whiskey Priest site) | 150 Seaport Blvd | Seaport

I don't think it is in anybody's (developer / lender) interest to stop work on this until the foundation and related sub-grade work is done, and the project reaches street grade. All the work being done now is value added. Pause / stop at this point risks value being lost to the sea.

Does this appear to be making progress? I can't really tell anymore.

Umm.. I didn't think they were done with that yet? Is this a bad sign??

What makes you think they weren't done yet? The rig's been on site since late Sep/early October, minus the few months of downtime that doesn't seem so quick..

I'm glad that it seems I am wrong. I'll probably just remove my comment. Knee-jerk reaction.

They are building out the boardwalk/harborwalk in between WTC and Pier 4/St Regis. They drove pylons yesterday and today and you can see framing already taking form.

Update today:

https://www.bldup.com/posts/foundation-slurry-wall-complete-for-the-st-regis-residences-boston

The St. Regis Residences, Boston has achieved a significant construction milestone with the completion of the foundation slurry wall. The Foundation walls and load-bearing columns are comprised of 10,500 cubic yards and driven into bedrock reaching as deep as 168 feet. Now mass excavation is underway with the project team looking to complete construction of the below-grade parking and go vertical by early 2021. When complete, the glass tower will offer 114 luxury condominiums each featuring majestic views, stylish finishes, and elegant living spaces for relaxing or entertaining.
