Since you mention it... with the ongoing demolition of the Winthrop Sq. Garage and Haymarket Garage; and with PO Square Garage dismantled in early 1990s, 1 Lincoln St. Garage in early 2000s (and was 45 Province St. an urban renewal-era garage? have no idea), here's what left that seems likely to face the wrecking ball... sometime...

125 Lincoln St. Garage. Seems highly unlikely Oxford Properties would've bought it for $40 million to just sit on it, given how underdeveloped this site is as an asset when it's in the heart of the tall timber (1 Lincoln, Federal Reserve, etc., etc.).

Aquarium Garage: no idea what's going on here but in theory at some point the warring parties will exhaust themselves and Chiafaro--or his equity partners--make the numbers work, get approved, and start building?

Dock Sq. Garage: Similar to 125 Lincoln St. Garage, if it was bought for $170 million can we really believe the new buyer will just sit on it instead of going up to the max zoning height w/o seeking a variance... or will seek a variance to go big?

He was showing potential other sites in the area that could be developed and how they would look at the FAA limit. It's not a real proposal... yet.
