This is probably the highest quality new tower built downtown this cycle besides MT. It has a timeless style.

I agree. This building is clean and classic. Something like this should have gone up at North Station instead of the haphazard Verizon Building.

It's residential with a coffee shop on the ground floor. Not sure if there's more commercial/retail activity planned on the ground floor or not.
