stupid question but is it unusual for steel to go up like that below grade? Is that a parking level? Aren't those typically rebar and concrete?

Looks like that basement is below Boston Harbor, which is a stones throw away. Kind of freaky.

They are still removing dirt and water from the NE corner of this site.
It also looks like they have brought in sand or gravel to cover the bottom of the hole.

Mario Batali is opening a new restaurant in that space across from Twenty Two Liberty. This area is going to have some great restaurants with all of Barbara Lynch's places, Row 34, Strega, Rosa Mexicano, etc.

Its always cool to see the shots that come out after the buildings are built that you don't get to see from renders. Its cool seeing how a new building somewhere will change the views from places you didn't realize before it was built like how clearly you can see vertex from the imax theater.

Just identified the yacht. It's Amaryllis. Goes for $800k per week. Although apparently it's supposed to be in Med for the summer.

Now if he could only go gambling up the Mystic River in Everett, I'm sure his week would be made.
