Wow, was unaware of this project -- mostly because I haven't been on here much lately -- and this was a nice surprise. Not a great building, but at least it is broken up and different from the boxes!

The glass is so much darker in person or when not in direct sunlight! Still like very much!

I was looking at it in person today and it really is dark

I think it would have looked better if they'd used glass like this

Not a huge fan of the dark glass, however, I still love the Vertex buildings green glass. Can we get some more of that please?

For as dark as the glass is, I'm surprised how light the paneling is on top of the building which I'm assuming is covering up HVAC systems... do we think the light blue is the final color?

The glass WILL lighten up when the there is white walls and lighting installed. Right now it is dark on the interior because it is still in construction. Now is not the time to worry about it.

Do you have an example of this effect in any other recent construction? I can't recall any other building seeming this dark before.

I have 20 years of building curtain wall ... I am not saying that how this progresses will please you ... but what I can tell you is that buildings in construction before the interior is finished ...and buildings occupied have a very different character. No matter our opinion ... this will be what it is. Lets just watch and see how it progresses.
