It could be DC, save for the old rehabbed factory buildings that add character to the Kendall Sq. area.

I like to think about what this corner could be like in a few years if things are done right: At Broadway/Third they are supposed to be building a park. We've got this tower in the backdrop, and we'll have (hopefully) the taller of the Volpe towers as well. So it could create a Bryant Park (NYC)-like vibe. Here's to wishing for that.
 
In person this feels much larger/taller than it looks from afar.

Yeah i was thinking the same when I saw it up close. The vertical elements running up the sides make it feel 500 feet instead of the current 400. I think the Proto building across the street (built in like 2018) does a good job with the same verticality.
