Those could be Southie 3-deckers. The style doesn't totally match the ones I've seen, though Could be East Boston?

I saw your Chelsea pics, and I saw this one, and my first thought was that this too must be Chelsea. Of course my next thought was nahhh.... too obvious.
 
GAH that creepy warehouse can be seen from my bathroom window! That thing is located in East Boston, right behind Maverick Landing where I live.
