Interesting. I can't think of any other mixed use building this size that has balconies for offices but none for the residences.

It might actually be one of the worst places imaginable for a ping pong table.

I think this building is fine overall, but the "pleating" effect works so much better at Millennium Tower, where are there just a few bold vertical lines per side.
