^^ I was waiting like an idiot for my Internet to buffer your photos, and then I realized you hadn't actually posted any except for that last one... just big white spaces.

... not cool...

There's barely been any visible progress on this since the crane came down.

It's going slowly, but it has been moving. The glass facade has been dragging, so perhaps they're waiting on a shipment.

Who's going to be the first to post "the inside gets done before the outside." :)

There has definitely been a few more floors of glass installed recently. The top portion of the "arm" that juts out toward 93 now has glass above the white precast, which I only noticed yesterday after being out of town for about a week. There's also a good deal of new plywood in place of doors/windows on the east-facing balconies.

Wrong thread, but they've also put a LOT of glass up on Lovejoy across the street recently, and there is a lot of dirt being pushed around on the Garden side of Causeway and next to the Victor. Things are moving in this hood, just very slowly.

oh dear....

Boston Globe said:
...In a conversation recorded in October 2012 between Walsh and Anthony Perrone, a leader of the Laborers Local 22 in Malden, Walsh said he had told a housing developer, AvalonBay Communities, that its then-pending project on Stuart Street would be held up at the Boston Zoning Board of Appeal unless the company used union workers at its housing project at Assembly Row in Somerville, according to the people familiar with the investigation...

Wouldn't doubt that Maya Joe in Somerville is part of this one also

However, I'm somewhat surprised that US Attorney, Carmen Ortiz, a "Good Democrat" and friend of OBama, and probably a good friend of Hillary as well is moving forward on this now

If they dig deep enough it might even drag in Deval and some of his cronies -- this may turn into a real opportunity to clean out a whole lot of Corrupt Crony Crapitalists tied to Big Labor although a full clean-up will require a change in the Attorney General's office
