I went to Suffolk my freshman year, lived on the 8th floor of 150 Tremont with a view of the entire common. Unreal. I went back to visit friends after I had transferred and they had moved into 10 West, I couldn't believe how nice those apartments were.

That's exactly the floor I live on! Its a dream for someone who lived in the suburbs of RI for all their life.

"What are we going to obsess over after this thing is buttoned up in a few weeks?"

All the photos we just saw over the last 5 months need to be redone with the spring then summer foliage, shrubberies and grasses.

Then all over again with the fall colors.

I finally figured out how to add images. These are from my roof deck in Beacon Hill. I'll try to post pictures of a few projects I can see from the top soon.

Poolio -- superb -- just as Spring has finally sprung -- so now we have the essentially complete form of the MT in the midst of the other shrubery

All the retail space in the Burnham Building and Millennium Tower is leased up

Some of this is old news, some of this is new:

  • Old Navy will open a two-level, 29k sf store in the Tower along the length of Washington St.
  • Primark will take another 27k sf on the third floor of the tower to add to the 77k sf they have in the Burnham building.
  • Roche Bros will take another 11k sf in the basement of the tower in addition to the 26k sf they have in the Burnham building.
  • Café Nero will open a 2,200 sf space at the corner of Summer and Hawley.
  • PABU, a Japanese gastropub, will move in to the tower.
I'm a little confused, as this doesn't come close to the quoted 335k sf total, so maybe there are other tenants that are signed but haven't been announced yet. Or maybe the numbers are just off.

Cafe Nero is just around the corner... I wonder what will happen to the Washington Street location?

They'll keep both locations open. There's enough foot traffic and demand. If you've been to London, Cafe Nero is essentially their Starbucks (though they have both). In CBDs, they are everywhere.
