Rogers St. Park, to be renamed to Toomey Park.

Two other new parks for East Cambridge have not started construction, although construction was two start in 2018. These are Binney St. Park and Triangle Park.

Broad C. has such an anti-interface to it on all sides. When are we finally going to get a site plan here so this asset can be properly exploited?

The kayak dock is nice and all, but the paths are so deserted and forlorn all the time. It's such an uninviting dead zone. It's a place to listen to the wind play sound tricks reverbing off tall brick stories, not for sharing humankind.

^ is that all sand? (stuff that'd liquefy under the wrong conditions?)

Not sure what this is a sign of but it was posted on the building with the wraping on it.

Anyone know the scoop?

Is the render in the fourth image new, or is it from the back side of the complex?

Explained here. An 1882 mill-type building, now structurally deficient, to be demolished for a new five story lab building for the Ragon Institute, a joint MIT, Harvard, MGH, institute for the study of immunological diseases. Machinery inside to be preserved. Don't know whether Ragon is leaving Technology Square.

Renderings and site plan here. Someone can rip and start a new thread.

First time I've seen it. I think I've heard that they are expanding the original plan, so this may show the expanded version.
