The Engine expands, responding to rapid growth of “tough tech”
The Engine, built by MIT, will create an additional 200,000 square feet of shared office, fabrication, and lab space in Cambridge, Massachusetts, to further foster “tough tech.”news.mit.edu
Explained here. An 1882 mill-type building, now structurally deficient, to be demolished for a new five story lab building for the Ragon Institute, a joint MIT, Harvard, MGH, institute for the study of immunological diseases. Machinery inside to be preserved. Don't know whether Ragon is leaving Technology Square. Not sure what this is a sign of but it was posted on the building with the wraping on it.
Anyone know the scoop?

First time I've seen it. I think I've heard that they are expanding the original plan, so this may show the expanded version. Is the render in the fourth image new, or is it from the back side of the complex?
