Three times in the past week while visiting Archboston i pdf named "Notes1.pdf" has downloaded onto my computer and opened it self up. It contains 4 pages with strings of hex. I googled it and found this info...

Re: Atlantic Wharf (formerly Russia Wharf) The spire has one more 70 ft section that still has to go on. It will be lit up. The rings have lights mounted on top of them, lighting up the rings above them. The can be set to any color or to rotate colors.
