I just saw on Uhub the demolition of the former Hendries plant on central ave in milton and they saw its for condos. Is there a thread for this somewhere?
 
With the Motor Mart Garage tower debuting today, anybody know what's happening with its proposed neighbor 212 Stuart? Haven't heard anything on that project since the NIMBYs started acting up..

It’s going to be a Sam Adams taproom.
 
Do we have a thread on the O'Neill Building (Causeway St)? That thing needs a tower on top of it.

Maybe.

GSA can be innovative with Volpe, because they get an independent building (much easier to handle security that way).

GSA is not very fond of mixed use commercial/Fed in the same building.
