Funny I was just there a few minutes ago. Whole areas changed so much at the ground level - at least on broadway and dot ave. it will be nice to see the commercial infill that will happen along the lesser streets... hopefully zoning changes will support enlarging the district to the side roads and alleys, once the big projects like this get finished up.
