Great shots, guys...this thing is really coming together nicely.

What are the chances we'll see the adjacent lot developed anytime soon? I know it's owned by the USPS or some other gov agency...why do they need all that space?

Best building being built in Boston right now. I love how its both subtle without being boring, nice pallet of materials, well thought of proportions (super-order for the win). This, my AB friends is how you make a not-so-tall building have a vertical proportion that gives it a stature grander than its tape measured height.

I love it.

I agree, cca. It's quite handsome. Some folks have expressed issues with the ground-floor configuration, but in terms of design and execution, this is the top of the tree for current projects.
