"Woonerf" is an interesting-looking/sounding word. If I ever write a Jane Austen-type novel the romantic protagonists will be two aristocrats named Lady Woonerf and Lord Waterfeature.

I can also see using it in the remake of a classic:

"Woonerf.....Woonerf.....Woonerf....."

Cambridge Savings Bank, Barings Lend $53M on Boston Apartments Build

Jones Street Investment Partnershas landed $53.4 million of construction financing to build a transit-oriented multifamily development in Boston, Commercial Observer has learned.

Cambridge Savings Bank(CSB) and Barings teamed up in providing the loan for the 149-unit project in Boston’s Allston neighborhood near Boston Landing. The property at 35 Braintree Street is slated for completion in August 2023.
