Haha, we need it. Aside from Techtonic, there really isn't anyone with an excellent camera who takes lots of great pictures of specific projects on WNY.

It was dark out when I went by, but it looks like some of the cladding is up on the part that abuts the Tam and New York Pizza buildings...
 
Perfect picture here lynqueezy. I've been waiting for this angle, right there in the park. I hope we get a creative, tall and well lite crown.
 
Looks exactly like the base on Avalon Exeter as seen from kz's photo in the Exeter thread, with less lines..
