Could they make the office tower 2/3 as wide in exchange for like 120 more feet?
Ehh Idk about that, really the right answer is... it depends. If the numbers add up and 2/3s width equals 120ft then technically yes. It depends really on what your tenants want, but even then theyre just the lease holder. Older office towers were skinnier and still work fine.
I just wanted to echo your last statement as it has not been said enough. I really like the residential towers too. We'll see if the current designs are consistent with the eventual reality.
