This is supposed to be the last spot of land on the complex where a building can be added. If yah ask me, this complex has constantly been under construction since it first started being built way back in the early '60s!

It's high time that they stop!

Let's see;

Three luxury apt buildings were added, an additional Sheraton Hotel Tower was added, a shorter 25-story office tower (125 Hunt, Ave) the original auditorium was trashed & rebuilt, the mall & eateries were done over, 111 Hunt. Ave was added, we lost the skating rink, a condo tower was added facing Boylston Street, a low-rise was added near 111, and now this new building is being added!

No more room.
