True, but I'm not sure that provides the critical mass of locals that Central, Inman, or East Cambridge have. We'll see, I guess.

I do like the red terra cotta here, goes nice with the theme of the residential tower and ac hotel.

Worth a visit ! The brewery/lunch place is now open and there’s a cafe/seating area with free public wifi. I guess I’m easy.
