Random -- this is Boston -- we are all veterans of Lucy pulling the football back ...... But from time to time ... Charlie succeeds in kicking it through the goal posts

Millennium, CSC, daGahden we've had a bunch of winners happening already -- but I think that Copley is going to happen in this current development cycle
 
BRA has APPROVED the project finally, looks like it's all systems GO! The building renderings show a similar look to the Las Olas River House/Fort Lauderdale. (although Las Olas has twin/42 story/connected towers)...... Blue "skin", and a very modern look. Can't wait to see this go up.
 
Hell yeah! It's about freaking time! This was proposed ... how many years ago? Glad it's *finally* all systems go.

Looking at Google... it is similar. Be careful with that kind of post, though. People will think they changed the design :).
 
Such great news. Can someone please post the latest renderings of the Copley Place Tower. I scrolled back many pages and just couldn't find them. Thanks!

I'm curious - why the optimism for "D" (TD Garden Towers Development breaks ground)?

Bigeman -- not counting the final build-out of the $37.5 M Uber-Uber Penthouse the order is as follows:

A, B, E, D, C

C is still very complex from the construction / operations management perspective

and of course for extra credit -- F -- the Aquarium Garage Project will be even later
 
TD garden towers will be breaking ground before the end of the year.

The last 5-10 posts are making me absolutely giddy. The prospect of the Garden Tower(s) going up simultaneously with Nashua Street Res...
And then thinking Millenium will be wrapping up as Four Seasons and Copley are hitting their stride...
