Fort Point Infill and Small Developments

The place next door to that electric equipment - the one with Trillium and the small market - isn't much to right home about, but it houses a lot of artists' spaces and small businesses. I kinda figured that would get bought and someone would combine that space with the lot with all the electric equipment next door to do something of a scale that would make moving the electric equipment worthwhile.

MBTA --

If the substation only contains lower voltage distribution equipment then moving or building over it is feasible

However if any high voltage underground transmission equipment is involved then its rarely worthwhile to consider moving an electrical substation or even building above it due to the risk of Big Arcs and potential fires

I'd love to see more buildings like this. It's beautiful.

It was this Flour where I laid witness to the hottest girl I've ever seen in my 10 years in Boston, like no questions about it. So do ya think I stop in there every chance I get now? Thank goodness their food and drink is good.

And of course I stopped by this time and of course I snapped a pic:

The littlest development:

Presumably art, at the corner of Farnsworth and Congress.

are there any renovation plans for the (as far as i know) unoccupied buildings on necco street?

This was originally going to be a bigger project, but the neighborhood fought them down to this

Looks like LogMeIn will be expanding across the street into 337-347 Summer Street once it's repaired.

This was the building that had a major fire several years ago, was it not? IIRC, renovations had started, so there were no fire stops or sprinklers, and lots of wood joists and columns.
