Random -- I think that is the current condition -- a couple of floors of offices on top of a parking garage -- although nicer looking garage [partially enclosed in brick] and the office section is recessed back from the edge

This new work adds a couple of more floors of offices but does a lot to make it look somewhat less parking garage by punching windows through the big blank wall

Yes it is a chain. I wonder if they will have a patio/outdoor area like many of their locations do.
 
I doubt this will be opening before the building finishes adding the additional floors? That area is slated to be the laydown area.

I wouldn't call it a chain just yet. I believe this is only the 4th location. One in DC and two in Philly. Great after work spots. Casual but higher end than you might expect. Walked by today and it looks very close to compete. Pretty sure their prepping the patio area as well.
 
Interesting I didn't realize they were already building out the inside. Is the entrance to this going to be on Congress or Wharf Road?

There is also at least one City Tap in Florida. West Palm I believe.

The depiction of that elevation is really quite strange. It appears to match the BACK side of the building, on the alley, and not the front side on Farnsworth Street.

Wow! That's an old google street view of the area!! It's a different place now.
 
The "front" door will be facing the alley / plaza space off of Thomson St. with patio seating and overhead doors. Farnsworth St. will have a "rear" entry and kitchen access.
