Four Seasons Tower @ CSC | 1 Dalton Street | Back Bay

When’s the topping off party ?

If I had to guess I'd say the pour is around 625' and the core is around 675'. Core might be topped within a couple of weeks, but the rest of it, including the mechanical screen, might take upwards of 2 more months. This is all conjecture.

Here's a few pics from 5/17. Click into any picture to view it larger.

DZH's estimate sounds spot on.

Maybe, the last pour and top structure is about 9~10 weeks away.

So, perhaps.... about July 20~30th.

^^^That Pike view is going to be THE BEST view of this in Boston when it's topped off. The Big 3, all in a row! I saw it this way on Sunday and was already blown away.

Wow!!! She's growing up and she's gonna be gorgeous!
Best pics yet!!
Have to say, DZ, you picked a great song for her!

i was just looking at the photos from ~April 9th. Holy God; at the speed it's flying up, from where i'm seated; the last concrete pour might be/ could be *(possibly) as soon as early/mid July!

Need to find somebody on site. Why hasn't the Globe updated this.... :)

what is that green light about 2/3 of the way up in DZH22's most recent pics?

Try to go a day without mentioning irrelevant building heights. Go ahead, try it. I bet you can't.

Surprised no one has mentioned the huge crane jump yet. Is the crane now taller than the Prudential Tower's spire?

Dramatic! 1 Dalton balances out and significantly improves the appearance of 111 Huntington, imo.

It's cool what tall/slender towers do for adjacent 500' fatties.

huh. i've never considered 111 huntington to be a "fatty." it's not pencil-thin, but its proportions seem fine to me.
