Harvard - Allston Campus

sorry for my ignorance but, what building is that round roof thing?

I didn't see that in the Science and Engineering complex diagram.

It is not part of the SEC. It will be this garbage (sorry Bill Rawn):

i ran across this story about slow leasing at 219 Western Ave/"Continuum" last year....

http://www.thecrimson.com/article/2016/2/23/continuum-allston-struggle-lease/

did leasing pick up?

my opinion of that article is that the author viewed anything less than 100% rented out on day 1 as "slow". Basic business analysis would tell you that for apartment rentals, it is best to start your listings at a high price. Unlike other businesses, you cannot have a sale at a low price and then refill your inventory. My opinion is that Samuels made the right decision with pricing.

As for whether rentals picked up, they currently have 10 vacancies out of 325 units, so, I guess they picked up. For the ground floor retail, there are now several businesses with Trader Joe's opening soon, so that filled up as well.
