The link has a video link as well, showing the fabrication of a screen panel. From the article, the screens are not uniform, "The custom panels will be positioned according to their orientation relative to the sun "

I think for early 21st C Industrial I prefer Skyworks on Rt-128 in Woburn

I hate to be a sour puss, but isn't that lattice / screen thing going to get dirty, stained and discolored over time? Just wonder how it will age after a few Boston winters.

This is straight cyberpunk and will look stunning in the right daylight.

I think BeeLines first photo in the post above mine is an example of the light you're talking about. I've been very iffy about this one myself but it looks amazing with the direct sunlight from sunset and it even looks cool on the shaded side from that angle. This building may be a bit of a two-face.
