I couldn't figure it out. It didn't look like Boston to me, because I'm unfamiliar with that angle.

Is that atop the new Avalon? Or are those the IM Pei west-end towers? Beautiful shot.

I was shocked too when I walked into her room in saw the million dollar views I'll definitely bring my real camera next visit

Were pretty spoiled with this development right now and its already hard to imagine the skyline before MT and trying to think of how we could handle that much blandness for so long. MT was meant to be.

I think I like the added texture the drawn shades give the entire building.

Agreed. The added texture is even more prominent in the summer when the windows are popped! Popped windows add literal 3D texture to the facade.

$180/night seems low... that translates to $5400/month assuming 100% occupancy. I imagine that would barely cover the rent/mortgage on that place.

It looks like it is for a private room in a multi-room condo - not the whole place. I'm sure the host plays this off as a 'friend' staying with her.

Yep, master deed allows only nonpaying guests. So, a "friend" paying you to stay is not allowed.

That is in addition to the minimum lease term of 1 year, which explicitly says short term leases via "websites such as 'airbnb.com'" is not allowed.
