I couldn't figure it out. It didn't look like Boston to me, because I'm unfamiliar with that angle.
Agreed. The added texture is even more prominent in the summer when the windows are popped! Popped windows add literal 3D texture to the facade.I think I like the added texture the drawn shades give the entire building.
More like a junk post:I can't imagine this is actually permissible under the condo docs...

$180/night seems low... that translates to $5400/month assuming 100% occupancy. I imagine that would barely cover the rent/mortgage on that place.I can't imagine this is actually permissible under the condo docs...

It looks like it is for a private room in a multi-room condo - not the whole place. I'm sure the host plays this off as a 'friend' staying with her.$180/night seems low... that translates to $5400/month assuming 100% occupancy. I imagine that would barely cover the rent/mortgage on that place.

Yep, master deed allows only nonpaying guests. So, a "friend" paying you to stay is not allowed. It looks like it is for a private room in a multi-room condo - not the whole place. I'm sure the host plays this off as a 'friend' staying with her.
