Do we know if this is going to have 2, 3, or 4 elevator cores?

i'm incredulous about such lame zoning for these 9 blocks. Could have gone to the FAA ~300-325' easily. Aggressive? Hell no. It's a dead corner, w/ shade cast on the pike and the location is a few blocks from $$$. A couple of years and it'd be right there. If they can build 264' in the Seaport, 370' at Tremont Crossing and ~390' at 45 Worthington, then surely, this area could have gone 280-300'. Then, they might be talking about connecting the neighborhoods over the pike.

Steel started to go up on the northeast corner of the site (closest to Whole Foods). Was unable to snap a picture because it was already dark out.

Also worth noting that the second core is rising pretty quickly.

How many units did the final plan call for? Original post has 560 is that still correct?
 
Saw this today too,seems like one crane goes away in this city then two more pop up 👍

Along the same lines of the question regarding total # of units (is it 560?), I'm not aware of any announcements as to the mix - is this apts, condos, or tbd? I think it's tbd? (To be determined?)
