New England Conservatory Residence Hall | St. Botolph St. | Back Bay

Really looking forward to the facade on this one- even if it's not great, I think it'll be different enough in a positive way.
 
The rendering on site SERIOUSLY underplayed the height here. This is much taller than I thought.

I agree. I walk by here frequently and it's impressive how large this looks from Huntington and Gainsborough.

Metasyntactic -- Being that tall and that close -- Hope it doesn't disrupt the air flow at Symphony Hall :p
 
They really need to put a new façade on the two Symphony Towers.
 
That looks way cooler than I expected from this building.
