So I just moved into the room with this view, and it kicks so much ass. From this morning:

I'm already a night owl, and now I'll be staying up even later to catch the sunrises! Oh, and this is the view from my desk; from the other window I can see the John Hancock while the Pru is blocked.

Can't help you, but there are two shots from the roof of Seaport Place (formerly the World Trade Center complex) nearby. Check out the "World Class Offices" thumbnails - there is one dusk image looking towards downtown, and a daytime shot looking towards the ICA/harbor:
