South Boston Infill and Small Developments

A lot of these new building have flat roofs - how good are they in terms of managing water? Snow must sit on there for days and days before it all melts.

FYI:
Residents who move into one of the new luxury developments in South Boston will have a local watering hole to call their own, with a menu from chef Keenan Langlois (the Sinclair). Publico Street Bistro is on track to open in January just north of Broadway, on the ground level of Allure at 11 Dorchester.

I feel like this is a political maneuver by the Mayor to secure Southie political support in the upcoming mayoral race. He'll be able to sell those old Southie voters on how he is working to prevent their neighborhood from being overrun by the damn tech-bro's and yuppies.

^^ Almost. 150 W Broadway (replaced garage and used car lot on the corner) and 170 W Broadway (pink) replaced Liberty.
 
This thread is begging for some sort of annotated map with albums covering the evolution of each site.

Crazy! I love that the car lot site has been re-developed, place was abysmal. I would always stand right in front of Liberty for the St. Patty's Day parade every year for as long as I can remember.
