It still needs the final floor of steel at the top to finish off the crown. Same thing happened with Millennium Tower and Winthrop Square Tower. Right now it's likely between 660'-665'.

Also, it's incomplete from every angle!

Winthrop center was 1 floor of steel, but Millennium tower was 2. (Well technically since it was a slanty roof it went from 0-2).

The open curtain wall on the lower section is slowly getting zipped up. Also some curtain wall on the residential section including what looks like doors to the terrace and an awning or shade structure over the future pool.
