BeeLine -- another nice MT series

We should start a "Where's Waldo" or "Where in the World is Carmen Santiago" Type of Contest -- "Looking at MT" -- all of Metro Boston is almost in play and there could be some great shots from the air -- and potentially from space

Only requirement that the MT in the pix not be photoshopped into the picture

Current Leader Board:

  • DZH
  • BeeLine
  • Boston
  • Golden
  • Budman
  • Nico
  • KZ
  • Data
  • Galactic
  • Rev Paco

beautiful model ^ be nice to see a fully built out one of all of Boston or downtown/back bay

What's with that lowest ribbon of dark glass that is broken up? The top three seem to make sense but that bottom one doesn't look like it belongs

It's not glass some people think that some of the glass didn't get shipped or something so they put that up instead just temporarily.

I had asked this same question upthread a while back. Datadyne indicated that they were just placeholders for glass. If you look at closeups of the area, they definitely look temporary. Since there is a glass shortage right now, the panels may be on backorder?

Edit - what he said.

there's this picture from Boston 02124 and a couple other that give a decent up close shot of it. It's probably just plywood so that they have something in place while they wait for the missing pieces. My guess is that they painted the plywood black to avoid the "Plywood Palace" look & subsequent ridicule.

Hey Boston, nice shots. Where are train track shots taken from?
