Does anyone know how the bus terminal expansion is going? According to some old schedule, it should have opened in the second quarter of 2024. It doesn't look like they planned for it to be completely finished and connected to the train station by now. But it should have been at least open.
At least one of the arches is complete or very close and it looks phenomenal. The quality of the tiles or whatever the finish is looks very nice and the center coffering has great depth.
It may seem like a minor thing to some people, but I really hope they cover up that open-air gap above the glass doors leading from the indoor waiting area to the outdoor platform.
Hmm, there are definitely spandrels, but the pendentive looks fairly "flat" on the ceiling portion. The arches aren't quite groin vaults since the barrel vaulting doesn't continue in any direction...
