A friend of mine is foreman on this project. They've got a small team on site preparing to resume construction in a week or so. This is different from the small crews that have been there securing the site during the shut down. I'm sure this is dependent on what the Gov. decides for 5/18 if the numbers keep trending the way they are, but it's a nice crumb of optimism.

Thanks for the kind words, Downburst. Trust me, getting to wander around has become a silver lining for me as well. I love NYC but Boston is soooo much more photogenic, ESPECIALLY at this time of year

I have been following this on the webcam and can confirm that yesterday was the first day this resumed vertical construction! They're laying the forms to pour what I believe will be the 14th floor.

Cant wait to see how this fills out the new cluster. It actually may end up being one of the better towers over here, seeing that the competition is pretty mediocre. Either way I cant wait to see how this area along with one congress rising in the background turns out.
