The archBoston Meetup Thread

I'll probably come sauntering in around 6:15. I'll need a bourbon by then.
 
I'm going to be at the Northern Avenue Bridge awarding/function/soiree at the BSA (asked to attend by my employer and it's my SO's first day working for the BSA as well) so I need to pass for this go around. Next time, I hope.
 
Alright this is on! Whoever comes comes. I'll be wearing a bright red Red Sox hat... Good luck finding me :p

I can't stay much past 6:30/6:45.

damn. I saw the stickie a few days ago.. but I had a City Council Meeting to attend to that night. I actually was triplebooked that night (client meeting before)

I'd LOVE to go and meet some of y'all. Can you all try to decide sooner if you are going to do this and give people more time.

Maybe on a weekend would be better for alot of us?

Def next time.. whenever that is..

We do them every couple of months so yea there will likely be another one. We've done them on the weekends in the past and we always get people asking on the board for a weekday version they can attend right after work so this was planned to accommodate that.

Probably back to the weekend next time.
 
How about Friday? It's a weekday. It's a weekend. I work first shift. The next day I have second shift. Sounds great to me!
 
It's getting about time to do this again. I have a preference for weekday again M through Thursday is fine.
 
Federal holiday weekday I could do (veterans day). How about it?
 
So I failed miserably at getting this organized for the Fall. Sorry about that. What are people's thoughts about January or February 2017?
 
Alright. We've been slacking.

How does May 31 (Wednesday) work for folks? Preference for location is Boston rather than Cambridge, but I think only real hard requirements are that the place has outside seating, is not obscenely expensive, can be reached by one of the T lines (except the Silver... because fuck the Silver Line... kidding... not kidding).

the perfect meetup is to optimize: have it before the BPDA Board meeting for the approval of Parcel 15 – you know, to help make the pre-approved dog and pony show look done proper like.
 
Envoy? Might be too busy though.

Whisky Priest might be a good option.
