Banker & Tradesman said yesterday that groundbreaking would happen by the end of this month.

Updating previous info, to my complete surprise, they've totally cleared out all the Causeway Street Construction stuff. Looks like we may be moving on Merano soon after all.

I already said back on the 9th that it was starting very soon...... they won't start anything in the public way until January though.

I looked a few pages back and the renderings remind me of an early 2000's Kendall Square office building. That said, this will fill in this spot quite nicely.

239 "affordable" units, plus hotel. Not clear if it's in two phases.

crane base has been installed. unfortunately, the current mix of bureaucracy and NIMBYism has resulted in, yet again, a red one
