Those first two are just excellent, the lighting is perfect on the bridge, as is the angle. I'd love to see them in black and white.

I thought there were plans to do that after some work that is supposed to be happening on the roadway itself, but maybe I am remembering incorrectly.

Still wish we could get some street trees on Causeway.

When I was there a week or two ago, they had already installed some trees on Causeway Street on the side across from the Garden.

Between the tower next to the victor I forget its name that road is desolate of trees. I feel like a lot of that empty ground level space could be converted to retail and it definitely needs trees. I know all you have to do is put in a request to the city to have a tree planted. I wonder if you have to be the property owner (sidewalks are public). I wonder if we collectively put in requests for different parts of the city if we could have an impact on the tree cover of the city. That would be a huge plus for the city and a great way to see this forum contribute instead of report. Theres hundreds if not thousands of us on here, we could really have an impact.

if you look at the CHB presentation board in the PDF, you will see there are 2 trees planned right where you are suggesting in front of the CVS in the Avenir building.
theres also 3 trees planned in front of the existing building between Merano and Medford St.

Generally, I think anyone can request. If it is new construction though, the city will wonder why the developer did not plant street trees themselves.
