They mobilized to the site in Feb, 2016. 19 months later and they still aren't out of the ground. Their civil budget must be blown to high hell.
 
How long was the project delayed due to the Olympics? Wasn't there a cable running through the site that they didn't want to move until after the Olympics were over?

I still don't like this project but I am happy that I was wrong and that they did not let facade collapse.

Should stop at the height in the picture. This project puts the "lows" in "blows".
 
Bout time this thing starts going up there was no visible progress for months, it was starting to look like DTX on the greenway lol.

If only that ugly garage on the other side of the green-way near the aquarium could be redeveloped it would really help to liven the park.
 
This thing seems to be moving about a floor a week - 8 floors in 8 weeks
